As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation email will have an order number and will serve as a receipt for your purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin processing the order. All orders will ship out in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once the item ships from the warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number roughly 24-72 hours after purchase. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, please reach out to as at info@usasafeandvault.com for assistance.
If the item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you immediately. Cancellations due to items out of stock or on back order will not be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Damages:
Before signing any package, be sure to inspect your item for damages. In the event that the product you receive is damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and send them to info@usasafeandvault.com along with your order number and we will process the claim with the manufacturer. All return shipping on damaged items is covered by us.
Cancellations and Returns:
All cancelled orders within the first 24 hours are subject to a 20$ administration fee. Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for the return shipping. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival with a 15% restocking fee, all returns after that will not be accepted.
Returns for Cannon and Stack-On products are subject to a 25% restocking fee within two weeks within shipping the product, due to manufacturer's request. Customers may cancel any order without charge if done so two (2) weeks prior to shipment.

All the Hollon Home and Office Safes are imported, but the finished products with locks are assembled in Texas since they do require a more secure lock. -

What are the fire and burglary ratings on the Hollon 500E? I am looking for options in a high quality safe for my home. Need to protect important docs, etc so I need humidity protection in addition to fire and burglar.

The Hollon 500E safe has 2 hour fire rating and has no burglary rating but it can hold against burglary. This is a high quality home safe with a resistor on its door and airtight. It is a water-resistant safe but not waterproof. For humidity protection, you can put a dehumidifier or desiccant bags inside.

I’m very pleased with the safe very well constructed .
Love the size and color and overall workings of this safe. Great customer service, very easy to resolve any issue which was only one- poor handling by FEDEX they didn’t even read the markings on the box; DO NOT TUMBLE BOX. They did just that end over end. Called customer service and they reviewed and resolved the issue promptly, same day.
Great price for a very decent quality safe. Made with good quality steel body and doesn't look like a cheap safe at all.
Love the safes design, fits perfectly well in our room. My wife loves it and so do I.
Great features and very easy to setup. Opening and re-locking this safe is very easy too. It's the best compact safe I've had.
