As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation email will have an order number and will serve as a receipt for your purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin processing the order. All orders will ship out in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once the item ships from the warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number roughly 24-72 hours after purchase. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, please reach out to as at info@usasafeandvault.com for assistance.
If the item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you immediately. Cancellations due to items out of stock or on back order will not be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Damages:
Before signing any package, be sure to inspect your item for damages. In the event that the product you receive is damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and send them to info@usasafeandvault.com along with your order number and we will process the claim with the manufacturer. All return shipping on damaged items is covered by us.
Cancellations and Returns:
All cancelled orders within the first 24 hours are subject to a 20$ administration fee. Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for the return shipping. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival with a 15% restocking fee, all returns after that will not be accepted.
Returns for Cannon and Stack-On products are subject to a 25% restocking fee within two weeks within shipping the product, due to manufacturer's request. Customers may cancel any order without charge if done so two (2) weeks prior to shipment.

Shipping And Returns
Here at USA Safe And Vault, we offer free shipping and easy returns on all safes, gun safes, and vaults!
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation email will have an order number and will serve as a receipt for your purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin processing the order. All orders will ship out in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once the item ships from the warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number roughly 24-72 hours after purchase. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, please reach out to as at info@usasafeandvault.com for assistance.
If the item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you immediately. Cancellations due to items out of stock or on back order will not be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Damages:
Before signing any package, be sure to inspect your item for damages. In the event that the product you receive is damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and send them to info@usasafeandvault.com along with your order number and we will process the claim with the manufacturer. All return shipping on damaged items is covered by us.
Cancellations and Returns:
All cancelled orders within the first 24 hours are subject to a 20$ administration fee. Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for the return shipping. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival with a 15% restocking fee, all returns after that will not be accepted.
Returns for Cannon and Stack-On products are subject to a 25% restocking fee within two weeks within shipping the product, due to manufacturer's request. Customers may cancel any order without charge if done so two (2) weeks prior to shipment.

Hi, are your safes water-resistant, say in the case of floods?
The Winchester Ranger 44 Safe doesn't state that it is waterproof. However, we recommend that important documents and valuables will be put inside a Fire and Waterproof container and store it inside your Winchester Safe.Here is an example of a waterproof bag, please see link below.If you want a Waterproof Safe, we recommend the Sports Afield Preserve Fire Rated Safe 5924P. Please see the link below for more details.- Triple Seal keeping this safe waterproof

This review is more about USA Safe & Vault and Winchester than the safe. The safe is as expected, good fit & finish, sturdy and all that. Very nice for the price but the quick ship and delivery, which was free, was quite unexpected. From WA to AR in 5 days from date of order was astonishing to me. Box was kinda beat up so before he got it of the truck, we open the box to find the safe nice and safe. BUT when I got it in the house, I noticed a scuff right by the dial where a hole was in the box. I didn't see it on first inspection but was real obvious in the light. Emailed Winchester to see if they had touch up paint I could buy and they requested my address and sent me some free. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but in this day and age with the Customer Service you get more than not, it is a big deal to me. I appreciate doing business with Company's that respond quick and go beyond "the norm" to keep happy customers, and I certainly am one. Bravo USA Safe & Vault AND Winchester! It's the little things that make good companies GREAT!
Great safe if you have a lot of guns. I'd say this safe is just big enough for our needs, plenty of space inside not just for guns but for other stuff too.
We needed a safe to store a lot of hunting rifles and hand guns so we bought this safe and we're very pleased with it. There's just no denying this safe is amazingly strong and tough and sturdy. No way anyone can easily break into this safe.
I don't have any regrets getting this safe, it is as exactly as it was in the product description. We got it in very good condition too, no scratches and dents. By the weight and the feel of it theres just very thick steel in there.
