Shipping And Returns
Here at USA Safe And Vault, we offer free shipping and easy returns on all safes, gun safes, and vaults!
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation email will have an order number and will serve as a receipt for your purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin processing the order. All orders will ship out in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once the item ships from the warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number roughly 24-72 hours after purchase. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, please reach out to as at info@usasafeandvault.com for assistance.
If the item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you immediately. Cancellations due to items out of stock or on back order will not be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Damages:
Before signing any package, be sure to inspect your item for damages. In the event that the product you receive is damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and send them to info@usasafeandvault.com along with your order number and we will process the claim with the manufacturer. All return shipping on damaged items is covered by us.
Cancellations and Returns:
All cancelled orders within the first 24 hours are subject to a 20$ administration fee. Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for the return shipping. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival with a 15% restocking fee, all returns after that will not be accepted.
Returns for Cannon and Stack-On products are subject to a 25% restocking fee within two weeks within shipping the product, due to manufacturer's request. Customers may cancel any order without charge if done so two (2) weeks prior to shipment.

It works, but build quality is poor. The paint has a chip and several screws were not driven in straight or are to long for the application.
Sturdy and well made. Most burglars are in a hurry and this will cause them to spend more time than they want. Great for home and car. Just wrap the cable around the seat frame post and slide it under the seat or floor mat. Much better than depending wholly on the car door locks alone. It won't stop burglars with professional tools, but it will stop the smash and grabs and keep children away. Absolutely perfect for CHL holders who encounter a 30.06 sign and need to leave their weapon behind temporarily in the car.
USA Safe and Vault's agent took charge and immediately fixed a slow shipping problem and because of that excellent service, I will likely get another one for my wife now. Well-done for empowering your agents.
Holds both my wife's Glock-21, and my Glock-19 with a spare mag for each in one lockbox, they are that big. I bought the two pack so we would both have a box in each of our vehicles, and got them in XXL so we could lock both handguns up when we travel together in one box. You will need to add some more foam to one side to keep a handgun from rattling around in the box, but once done, they are perfect. I'm surprised how well they are made for the price, solid and well built.
I bought two of these safes; one to place in the master bedroom and the other in the kitchen, both for safe firearm storage, keeping them away from the children. The one placed in the kitchen makes it convenient for when I come home and when I have visitors in my house. I say this is a must if you have small children that are at the age when they start to be curious and explore more.
