Shipping And Returns
Here at USA Safe And Vault, we offer free shipping and easy returns on all safes, gun safes, and vaults!
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation email will have an order number and will serve as a receipt for your purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin processing the order. All orders will ship out in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once the item ships from the warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number roughly 24-72 hours after purchase. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, please reach out to as at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If the item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you immediately. Cancellations due to items out of stock or on back order will not be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Before signing any package, be sure to inspect your item for damages. In the event that the product you receive is damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and send them to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the delivery, along with your order number and we will process the claim with the manufacturer.
Cancellations and Returns:
Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse may be subject to a restocking fee, charged by the manufacturer. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and may be subject to the respective manufacturer's restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival. Returns will not be accepted after the manufacturer's return window has elapsed.
Returns for Cannon and Stack-On products are subject to a 25% restocking fee within two weeks within shipping the product, due to manufacturer's policy. Customers may cancel any order without charge if done so two (2) weeks prior to shipment.
Returns for Socal Safe products are acceptable within 30 days of purchase but will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the customer will have to pay for return delivery. If the item is damaged upon arrival, the customer must take photos of the product and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. To return a damaged Socal safe, the damages MUST be noted on the delivery receipt. There is a one year warranty on all Socal Safe products against defects.
Returns on Hollon products are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is expected to pay the return shipping costs. Hollon products have a 14 day return window. Any returns after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Cancellations for all AMSEC orders are not accepted. Since AMSEC products are made to order, you cannot cancel an AMSEC order once the building process has begun. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or returns for AMSEC safes please contact our customer support.
Browning Cancellation & Return Policy:
No cancellations on all Browning safes. Each Browning safe is made to order. Be very certain you want to buy a Browning safe before you place your order.
