This vault door has a outswing design that is best when you can't afford to lose space inside the room to the door swing. The Browning 1878 door set includes your choice of lock, a cast iron wheel handle, and a metal glaze finish. Standard feature is the mechanical dial combination lock. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to a digital lock or a biometric lock.
The Browning 1878 Vault Door features the Uni-Force Lock Mechanism, which makes it extremely secure. In order to prevent the bolt or handle pressure from entering the lock, it makes use of strong cam locks and a massive, multiple diversion bar system. This provides an added level of security because a would-be burglar will be unable to enter the vault door unless they are aware of the correct combination.
