Shipping And Returns

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation email will have an order number and will serve as a receipt for your purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin processing the order. All orders will ship out in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once the item ships from the warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number roughly 24-72 hours after purchase. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, please reach out to as at info@usasafeandvault.com for assistance.
If the item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you immediately. Cancellations due to items out of stock or on back order will not be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Damages:
Before signing any package, be sure to inspect your item for damages. In the event that the product you receive is damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and send them to info@usasafeandvault.com along with your order number and we will process the claim with the manufacturer. All return shipping on damaged items is covered by us.
Cancellations and Returns:
All cancelled orders within the first 24 hours are subject to a 20$ administration fee. Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for the return shipping. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival with a 15% restocking fee, all returns after that will not be accepted.
Returns for Cannon and Stack-On products are subject to a 25% restocking fee within two weeks within shipping the product, due to manufacturer's request. Customers may cancel any order without charge if done so two (2) weeks prior to shipment.

In the event that the product you receive is damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and send them to info@usasafeandvault.com along with your order number and we will process the claim with the manufacturer. All return shipping on damaged items is covered by us.
Cancellations and Returns:
All cancelled orders within the first 24 hours are subject to a 20$ administration fee. Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for the return shipping. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival with a 15% restocking fee, all returns after that will not be accepted.
Returns for Cannon and Stack-On products are subject to a 25% restocking fee within two weeks within shipping the product, due to manufacturer's request. Customers may cancel any order without charge if done so two (2) weeks prior to shipment.
I am very satisfied with buying this safe. It works pretty well, definitely a must have for businesses with lots of cash on hand.
I got this safe for one of my stores just so we can keep the on hand cash safe. Works perfectly, now I don't need to worry much that someone might steal from the store. It's very easy to set up and opening the safe works all the time. I am very pleased that I got this safe from Mesa.
The safe doesn't look like a cheap safe at all, it's still feels very solid and quite sturdy. We have this in our office where we keep a lot of cash while waiting for the security personnel to deposit them to the bank. You can never be too careful when dealing with huge amounts of cash on a daily basis and this safe is just perfect for that purpose.
This safe is pretty good. Has a mailbox style cash depository system, plenty of room for cash and coins. A very simple safe but doesn't compromise security.
