The BR-5930 BlueRidge Gun & Rifle Safe from Hayman Safe is a high-quality safe boasting numerous excellent features. The door is made of a solid 1/4" steel plate with heavy-duty hinges ensuring smooth operation. The body is crafted from a continuous sheet of 11-gauge steel, offering superior strength due to precise bending, folding, and shaping of the metal. Enhanced security measures include a drill-resistant hard plate and spring-loaded re-lockers. The door is secured by (10) 1-1/2" diameter bolts on all sides with active bolts also on the top, bottom, and leading edge, with deadbolts on the hinge side for complete protection against pry attacks.
These security features have led to the Hayman BR-5930 BlueRidge Gun & Rifle Safe receiving the Residential Security Container Rating from Underwriters Laboratory (UL RSC). Moreover, it provides certified 90-minute fire protection, featuring 1.5" of fire board in three layers within both the body and the door. The safe comes equipped with a standard UL approved Type 1 Digital Electronic Lock at no extra cost, with the option to add a dial lock for an additional fee.
Internally, the Hayman BR-5930 BlueRidge offers a versatile layout allowing storage of long guns with shelf storage or both sides accommodating long guns. It can hold up to 22 rifles without scopes and includes features such as auto-on LED lighting, 110VAC & USB power ports, mirrored back for visibility, premium fabric interior, and a door organizer, all provided as standard without extra charges typically imposed by other gun safe manufacturers.
