Can the DECKED system be shipped to Canada?
We currently do not ship directly to Canada, but we do have a growing dealer network. Currently, you can get DECKED through Keystone Canada, Action Truck, and CAP it. We are working to grow our Canadian dealer network, so stay tuned.
Can I pick up my DECKED system up at a local dealer?
You bet. In fact we encourage you to go out and meet our dealers. These people love trucks just as much as we do. If we don’t have a dealer in your area, we are happy to ship it to you. We have made it as easy as possible to order online and have taken the sting out of shipping costs by offering you a flat rate.
Can the DECKED system be shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx?
No. We wish our DECKED system could fit in a shoe box, but at +/- 200 lbs, this puppy is going to be shipped freight right to your front door or be picked up and installed at one of our dealer locations. Our accessories, if ordered, will ship using UPS.
NOTE: Your system order will ship via a large truck from a contracted freight carrier that specializes in shipping large parcels. Once your shipment is ready for delivery, a representative from the freight company will call you to schedule your delivery date and time, generally within a 4-hour window during standard business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), Monday through Friday.
Someone 18 years or older must be present to meet the driver and sign for the shipment when it is scheduled to arrive.
How much does it cost to ship my DECKED system?
Shipping of a DECKED system anywhere in the continental U.S. is included in the purchase price of the system. DECKED accessories will ship separately using UPS and will be charged at prevailing rates based on your delivery address.
How long will it take to get my new DECKED system?
Once your order is normally processed in 1-3 business days, shipping will take 7-14 business days, depending on how far away from Ohio you live.
