Founded in 1950, Gardall Safe Corporation transitioned from a regional dealer-based safe manufacturer to a world leader in the safe industry, offering top-tier products for residential, small business, and commercial needs. From 1970 to 1985, Gardall focused on enhancing product quality and development, successfully passing rigorous UL fire, drop, and explosion tests.
This evolution resulted in a broad product offering that meets varying customer needs. Since 1986, the company has leveraged a distribution model, leading to a network of 55 distributor warehouses and over 3,500 retail dealers across the U.S. Today, Gardall stands proud of its history and is committed to maintaining its recognized standards for security and functionality in the industry.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another item.
All shipping cost are non-refundable.
SAFES:
- Safe returns will be accepted up to 14 days from date of purchase.
- Original sales receipt is required.
- The safe must be in new re-sellable condition with all original packaging materials, shelves, hardware, and instructions.
- Safes are subject to a 15%-30% restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item. Any restocking fee is at the discretion of Gardall Safe.
- Upon Return Authorization approval, Gardall Safe will provide the customer with the appropriate instructions for the return. Refund amounts are for returned product only. No refunds for freight charges. Return shipments must be paid by customer and shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance.
- Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collect.
OTHER ITEMS:
- All other items that are not safes, such as dehumidifiers or other accessories, have a 30-day return policy.
- Original sales receipt is required.
- It is essential that each item is in new condition and has all original packaging and instructions
