As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation email will have an order number and will serve as a receipt for your purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin processing the order. All orders will ship out in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once the item ships from the warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number roughly 24-72 hours after purchase. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, please reach out to as at info@usasafeandvault.com for assistance.
If the item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you immediately. Cancellations due to items out of stock or on back order will not be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Damages:
Before signing any package, be sure to inspect your item for damages. In the event that the product you receive is damaged, be sure to take photos of the product and send them to info@usasafeandvault.com along with your order number and we will process the claim with the manufacturer. All return shipping on damaged items is covered by us.
Cancellations and Returns:
All cancelled orders within the first 24 hours are subject to a 20$ administration fee. Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for the return shipping. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival with a 15% restocking fee, all returns after that will not be accepted.
Returns for Cannon and Stack-On products are subject to a 25% restocking fee within two weeks within shipping the product, due to manufacturer's request. Customers may cancel any order without charge if done so two (2) weeks prior to shipment.

What gauge thickness is this safe?
The metal walls of the safe are 14 gage or 5/64-inch thick.

Is there also a key to open the safe in case the biometrics don't work?
Yes, there is an emergency key that comes with the safe that will open the safe. For obvious reasons, this key must be stored someplace else and not in the safe. If all else fails, you'll need to contact a locksmith who can help you with getting into the safe and rekeying or replacing the lock.

Is this safe able to be secured to a wall? My concern is it falling over onto my children.

To answer your question,The hardware that is included with the safe is for floor mounting. You can possibly mount it on the wall but would have to check with a contractor to see if the wall studs can support the weight of the safe (132lb) + whatever you plan on storing inside.

For the price we were expecting a not so good quality safe, but when it arrived, we were really surprised that it's actually a very good quality product. I've had this safe for about 5 months now and it's still working perfectly well. For it's price I would say this is the best safe I've ever bought, worth more that it's price for me.
Got this safe a while back so that we can safely store our rifles, so far it's working flawlessly. Biometric scanners are very responsive and barely fails. Me and my wife are very satisfied with this safe, makes us feel confident that our kids will not be able to access it and nor will any burglary attempts.
