Good little safe

Exactly what I needed. Instructions were fine and had no issues, unlike other reviewers. Instructions also said that you can only program 2 numbers.. but who needs more than that? This will keep honest people out but at 80 pounds it won't stop anyone from walking out the door with it unless it is bolted down. 2 shelves keeps my ammo and range gear together. Can hold 5-6 rifles comfortably and 2 pistols on the door. You will have to remove a shelf to fit long barrels in here.

Does the job

This isn't a huge safe, but it fits a shotgun and two rifles just fine. Fits in a closet under the hangers and stands on its own (not bolted into wall or floor). Modular design let me remove shelf and door handgun rack. Loud beeping of buttons is easily turned off with silent mode. Two codes is a handy feature. Obviously not fireproof, but the lock, hardware, door, and walls seem sturdy enough to slow anyone down who fancies my gear. I installed a motion-sensor LED light for my own convenience.
