The product was just delivered two days ago. The instructions say to leave the door open for 2 weeks to allow the insulation to cure. I had hoped to be able to use it immediately. I had not seen anything in the descriptions to indicate this was necessary.

5 Stars for the safe and delivery

It took a bit of getting used to regarding the use of the mechanical unlocking system (not like your regular combination lock) but once there, there is nothing to it. It is a very solid safe (400 pounds) and the locking mechanism and door are rock solid. It is perfect for what I want to protect - critical documents - from fire or routine theft. If you have a 5 carat diamond, I'd put it in a safe deposit box as NO home safe is absolutely secure. The safe and delivery are 5 stars.

All is good as expected except the interior, I felt could of been better plus maybe another shelf.

Just the product I needed at a great price.

GREAT

More interior room than I anticipated. The safe is very heavy and sturdy. The locking bolts are very solid. The dial lock takes time to get used to and good at operating, but the customer service rep told me they have a lower rate of failure than the digital locks. The dial lock is a much slower though. It took some effort, but the door comes off, made the safe lighter and easier to handle when moving. You have to put force up and wiggle the door back and forth for it to come off the hinge.
