The Haven 42"x59" safe is an incredibly amazing and beautiful unit. It arrive safely, very safely and well protected packaging and protected on a steel pallet. Because of its almost 800# weight, I arranged for a local locksmith to provide the moving of it into my walk-out lower level that is level with the back yard grading. I was very curious how the safe can be placed flat against a back wall when the electrical outlet requires access in order to be plugged into a nearby outlet. None of this is mentioned in the on-line user guide or the hard copy guide that was provided within the included paperwork within the safe. It is also important to share with you that the extension cord with the special connector that fits into the safe mounted connector is provided within the safe when it is delivered. Note that if the safe is place fully back and flat against the wall, that you will NOT be able to plug in the electrical extension cord which is mounted
on the top right corner (viewed from the inside). The safe is pre-wired with a two outlet surface mounted unit to which the bright LED convenience lights are connected, are triggered by a motion detector and helpful to easily locate the specific items within this safe which provides ample storage space for important document, jewelry, and naturally your ammo, long guns and pistols. The Haven is certified for compliance with CA DOJ (very rugged specifications) has 75 min fire rating, is waterproof in up to 2 ft of water for 7 days, has (10) 1-1/2" locking bolts and many more features. I did a lot of research before deciding on this specific unit. I did not need the gun capacity of 48, but the extra space fully accommodates the many other valuables that I will store in it. The inside of the door also has a complete set of storage pockets for pistols, magazines or accessories. I highly recommend the Sports Afield Haven. We are very happy with the safe so far. It arrived in perfect condition. Hopefully it will never be put to the test, but if it is, it really is a solid safe. The burglars would have their work cut out for them.

Very heavy, but easy to program. Live the adjustable shelves and door organizer. Hopefully won’t need the warranty but nice to have!

This safe is everything i hoped it would be. I obviously have tested the fire rating (i hope i don't have to) but every other part of this safe is what i would expect from a much more expensive safe. I owned Sentry 24 gun safe before and bought this for the bigger size but didn't want to break the bank. The only reason i didn't not give it 5 stars was there two small cosmetic issues from shipping. Both were very small but 5 stars means perfect i think so it lost one. otherwise its a great buy.

A very tough compact safe very ideal for hand guns. The steel body frame is very solid and thick, couldn't be more happier with this safe. It's perfect for our room.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with this safe, it's a bit expensive but definitely worth the money. If you need a very tough safe for the most important things, then this safe will not disappoint you.

I like this safe, kind of a head turner design. The security features are all top of the line too. I hope I had gotten this sooner.
