American Furniture Classics and OS Home and Office Furniture products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days. We provide prompt and no-charge replacement parts to consumers. If parts are unavailable, we may replace the entire item or provide credit up to the wholesale cost. Warranty claims require proof of purchase from the original buyer.

- Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all items, except outlet items available for pick up at our Webb City, MO warehouse.
We utilize two shipment methods: Small Parcel and Curb Side Truck Delivery.
Smaller items are shipped via FedEx or UPS, with delivery typically taking between 3 and 7 business days.
Curb Side Truck Delivery:
A freight carrier delivers larger or heavier items. You may need assistance with unloading and moving the package into your residence.
Lift Gate Services:
Optional lift gate services are available for an additional $50 to bring items to the ground level.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
