Protex Safe Warranty Policy
Protex Safe offers a one (1) year warranty on every product effective from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferrable beyond the dealer and the original end-user. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product. This warranty covers parts only. Products that will be shipped or brought in to our facility won't be charged for labor within the one (1) year warranty. The original end-user is responsible for labor costs associated with repairing the product at the original end-user's location. Protex Safe strongly recommends that a certified locksmith or a certified safe technician will repair, install or replace any part of the product. In case the original end-user contacts our technical support team, Protex Safe will not be liable for damages caused by the original end-user's inability to complete, comply or understand the instructions provided by the technical support team member. A credit will only be issued if the item is returned in new condition with the original packaging.
