At Salsbury Industries, we understand that occasional problems may arise with a customer’s order. That is why we have established procedures to deal with these issues in an effective, efficient and fair manner. An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is the mechanism we use to process returned goods. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA number from Salsbury Industries and products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of receipt and may be subject to a restocking charge.
