Return Policy:- You have 30 days to return your order from the date you received.
- The product must be in brand new, sellable condition with the original packaging and instructions.
- For all Non-Defective and Non-Damaged items, it is the responsibility of the buyer to send back the item.
- Upon request, V-Line Ind. can provide a return label and deduct the cost of the label from the refund.
- We process returns the same day we receive the item back, however please allow up to 2-3 business days for the return to be completed.
Refund Policy:
- All payments will be refunded through the customer’s original form of purchase minus return shipping costs if a return label is provided for the return of new items.
Defective & Damaged Products Policy:
- In the event you receive a defective, non-functional or damaged item, V-Line Industries will replace the item at absolutely no cost to the buyer and pay for the shipping of the new item to the buyer and the return of the defective, non-functional or damaged item back to us here at V-Line Ind.
- Buyer must return the defective, non-functional or damaged item unless instructed to do otherwise by one of our V-Line company representatives.
- If an item turns out to be non-defective upon receipt, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations:
At V-Line Industries we ship all in stock orders Same Business Day if received by 12:00 noon Pacific Time. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before the item is shipped to receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item to us and subject to potential restocking fees.
Refusals:
In the event you decide to refuse a shipment that is not damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs and potential restocking fees. In the event the product is damaged, contact V-Line Industries Customer Support immediately for further instructions.
